Our exclusive app allows residents/students to reserve a washing machine or dryer online up to a week in advance, to monitor the progress of the programme remotely and to pay by debiting their Wash Connect account as soon as the machine starts operating.

Maximum convenience for residents
The laundry is installed within the residence and reserved exclusively for the occupants’ use. The app can be used to check how many machines are currently in use so as to avoid a pointless trip to the laundry. Panels are displayed in the laundry room with instructions on using the machines, advice on clothes washing and direct contact details for the technical service.
The advanced technical design of our machines means that the volume of water can be adapted and the electrical consumption reduced by using shorter cycles, while ensuring a high-quality result. The installation of water and electricity meters allows energy use to be monitored easily. As a result, the ecological footprint is lower than that from the use of individual domestic washers and dryers in each home.
